What we collect

Contact form: your name, email address, request type and message.
Feedback panel: your rating and answers, your comment, and — only if you choose to share them — your corporate email address and contact consent.
Technical records: the country the request came from and the page the form was submitted on. The site uses no tracking or advertising cookies; the only cookie stores your language preference.
Aggregate traffic analytics: When enabled, Cloudflare Web Analytics (privacy-first RUM) records page views and basic performance metrics without advertising cookies or cross-site tracking profiles. It is not used for ads or selling data.

Why we process it

To respond to your request and deliver what you asked for (e.g. a template),
To improve our products (aggregate, anonymised feedback analysis),
To understand aggregate site traffic and improve performance and usability, when Web Analytics is enabled,
To contact you about our products — only with your explicit consent.

You can withdraw consent at any time by writing to info@fenikstech.ai.

Where it lives

Form data is stored in the database service of our infrastructure provider, Cloudflare, Inc.; email runs on Microsoft 365. Your data is never sold, shared with anyone beyond these processors, or used for advertising.

How long we keep it

For the duration of your request plus a reasonable follow-up period — at most 2 years, or immediately upon your deletion request.
